**About the position**

For this position, the 'initial commit' would belong to you and you'd have the opportunity to be part of our core team that is growing Denario and getting us to the next 1000 customer, working with our Co-founder, Philipp, and leading the demand generation across all relevant channels:
**Lead the creation of new content** that will dramatically increase our customer acquisition capabilities, whilst delivering value to our target customers

**Be the customer** - explore the questions and challenges that current customers and prospects are facing and know how to answer them.

**Define our content strategy** and be radically candid in prioritising our biggest growth opportunities.

To ensure that you feel as much at home with Denario as everybody else, we will be offering ESOP in addition to your salary as you will certainly be a part of an exciting product

**About you**

You believe effective and successful work is made possible by clear and honest communication

You are not afraid to work in close collaboration with engineering to bridge a gap between demand generation and martech

You are in favour of a comfortable, safe workspace where everybody will be respected for what makes them, them.

You are fluent in English, with excellent communication skills

**What's required**

A minimum of 3+ years in content driving explosive growth at a high level, ideally for B2B/SaaS.

You have proven hands-on experience in creating Content products that drive exponential growth.

You've coached and mentored several content, editorial, and SEO marketers in their careers is a plus.

**Our p**rocess**
- **The starting date was yesterday. **However, we are willing to wait for the right profile and if that is you we will compromise to get you onboard. We will walk with you through the following steps:
**1. Get technical**: We think the best way to get to know each other is diving right in and will use this interview to learn more about your interests and past project experience

2**. Meet the team**:You'll get to know at least 2 members of our team (Ivan & Dmytro). We value team fit above everything else. This also gives you the chance to see whether you'd enjoy working with us.

3**. Final conversation**:We use this final conversation to tell align on the vision of Denario and your role as part of the team. Our final decision will depend on how well our expectations are aligned.

**We are mindful of your time**: Going through all stages can be done within one week. Once you've passed them all we will extend a formal offer.
