Project Lead Content Creation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead Content Creation to join our team at VGL Publishing AG. As a key member of our editorial department, you will be responsible for managing and working on content projects, including recruiting and coordinating freelancers, demand management, quality management, and further development.
You will also be responsible for getting to know our SEO strategy and ensuring that all measures in your projects are implemented correctly. Additionally, you will use AI tools to optimize processes and create content, help design processes for compliance with and optimization of our quality standards, and implement them accordingly.
As a Project Lead Content Creation, you will independently set up KPIs and evaluate them to successfully manage your projects. You will also derive important learnings from your analyses for your and the other editorial departments, so we can learn from each other and constantly develop.
You will actively develop your projects, optimize workflows, and ensure that we react to new technologies or market changes. You will also have regular feedback meetings with your employees, identify their strengths, and ensure that we use and support each individual in the best possible way.
About YouWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a passion for well-researched, comprehensible, and error-free texts. You should have successfully completed your studies or an apprenticeship and have at least three years of professional experience in project management and/or as a team lead.
You should be very good at organizing yourself even with complex tasks and never lose track of your tasks and priorities. You should also have a good command of English and be interested in developing yourself further and driving our promising projects forward.
