About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead Content Creation Specialist to join our team at CentralNic. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for managing and executing content projects, including recruiting and coordinating freelancers, demand management, quality management, and further development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and work on content projects, including recruiting and coordinating freelancers, demand management, quality management, and further development.
  • Develop and implement our SEO strategy, ensuring that all measures in your projects are implemented correctly.
  • Utilize AI tools to optimize processes and create content.
  • Help design processes for compliance with and optimization of our quality standards and implement them accordingly.
  • Independently set up KPIs and evaluate them to successfully manage your projects.
  • Derive important learnings from your analyses to inform your and other editorial departments, driving continuous development and improvement.
  • Actively develop your projects, optimize workflows, and ensure that we react to new technologies or market changes.
  • Have regular feedback meetings with your employees, identify their strengths, and ensure that we use and support each individual in the best possible way.
  • Support the editorial management in achieving our goals as an experienced project manager.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead Content Creation Specialist who has:

  • Successfully completed their studies or an apprenticeship.
  • At least three years of professional experience in project management and/or as a team lead.
  • Excellent organizational skills, even with complex tasks, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A passion for well-researched, comprehensible, and error-free texts and an interest in consumer topics.
  • SEO skills and AI skills are a plus, but not a must.
  • A desire to develop themselves further and drive our promising projects forward.
  • Ambition and high standards for the quality of their work.
  • Native-level German language skills and a good command of English.
