- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning content development plan, ensuring seamless alignment with documentation, instructor-led training, and certification programs.
- Inspire contributions from expert teams across the company, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination.
- Explore and implement AI-powered solutions to enhance content creation efficiency and learning quality.
- Define and maintain the structure and methodology for our customer and partner-facing product learning offerings.
- Continuously refine the curriculum roadmap, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful.
- Actively contribute to content creation through both strategic guidance and hands-on development, upholding rigorous quality assurance standards.
- Exceptional written and verbal English language skills.
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant role, demonstrating a strong understanding of learning methodologies, digital learning delivery, curriculum design, and instructional design.
- Proven leadership experience, effectively managing teams or coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Professional experience in delivering digital learning offerings or transferring product knowledge within an e-commerce technology environment.
- Deep understanding of our target audience: professional software engineers and digital commerce solution specialists.
