**About the opportunity**
We’re looking for a driven and curious Configuration and Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth implementation of our systems to our new customers. You’ll be involved in the analysis and steady improvement of these processes, continually reviewing and improving our customers onboarding experience. Working with our Customer Success and Tech teams, you’ll work to create a smoother onboarding process and contributing to the development of a tool to automate our processes.
**What you'll be doing**
- Build strong relationships with new customers after the sales process to understand their system and configuration needs
- Configure the Guestline Platform for new customers, including the Property Management System, Channel Manager, and Direct Booking Engine
- Prioritize and manage multiple system configurations efficiently
- Provide feedback to the Development team to improve our self-serve configuration tool with a focus on usability and user experience
- Lead and manage your own time, projects, and workflow using our CRM scheduling system
- Maintain appropriate documentation for the onboarding process, experience, and systems
- Keep Project Managers informed of progress and delays during the onboarding process
- Complete project handovers for the Implementation team, providing all necessary information for a successful installation

- **You're great with languages -** you are fluent in German and English (written and spoken), with additional languages a plus
**Additional skills that could be beneficial**
- Knowledge of C#, Java, React or Single Page Apps
**Location**
You'll be working from one of our European offices or remotely. As you will be working mainly with our DACH & BENELUX customers, occasionally travel might be required.
