Job Description

Danfoss Global TA is seeking a dedicated and structured Global Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work with Global Employer Branding, Danfoss Segments, Danfoss Regions and you will execute the deployment of our onboarding process. You play an important role in translating our strategic vision into actionable steps; through a seamless onboarding process to ensure the successful integration of new hires into Danfoss. Moreover, over time, this position may evolve into overseeing global processes and playing a lead role within the process.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Execute the deployment of our global onboarding process, including standardization, template creation, guides, and training materials for all target groups.
  • Translate the strategic vision and purpose of our onboarding process into tangible steps and execute them effectively.
  • Continuously enhance the global onboarding process and refine the pre- and onboarding experience based on feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Maintain and update content related to onboarding materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Integrate additional process steps into SAP SuccessFactors, such as cross-boarding and hourly onboarding, collaborating closely with IT, GS, and procurement teams.
  • Implement offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
  • Develop and implement surveys to gather feedback and insights to improve the onboarding experience.
  • Develop content for trainings and learning materials to support the onboarding process.
  • Work collaboratively with regions and segments to integrate onboarding content at the local level, ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Maintain system content, stay updated on new releases, and collaborate with key user groups to optimize system functionality.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new employees from entry to integration into their roles.
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise solutions like SAP SuccessFactors and the ability to effectively implement and optimize processes within these systems.
  • A forward-thinking mindset with a willingness to challenge conventional methods and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong communication abilities with the capacity to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, both independently and within groups.
  • Ability to dive into the details of complex processes while maintaining focus on overarching objectives, ensuring that solutions are practical and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Proficiency in translating organizational objectives into tangible action items and measurable outcomes, facilitating the successful implementation of initiatives.
