Wir suchen einen motivierten, engagierten und leidenschaftlichen Launch Coordinator (deutschsprachig) zur Verstärkung des Customer Success Hospitality Teams in Vollzeit. Du berichtest an unseren Launch Services Hospitality Manager und bist verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Einbindung neuer Lightspeed Hospitality-Kunden. Du managst alle Onboardingaktivitäten nach dem Verkauf und sorgst für die Zufriedenheit der Kunden in der Anfangsphase. Du wirst ausschließlich mit B2B-Kunden in einem technologiebasierten Umfeld zu tun haben.

Der ideale Kandidat hat keine Angst vor einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld. Als Launch Coordinator bist Du die erste Anlaufstelle für neue Kunden im Gastgewerbe. Dein Fokus liegt auf der Kontaktaufnahme mit unseren neuen Kunden, dem Festlegen von Erwartungen für den Onboarding Prozess und die Sicherstellung, dass der Kunde die richtigen Ressourcen und Schulungen mit unseren Implementierungsspezialisten vereinbart und erhält.

Im Einklang mit unserer Vision, unseren Kunden dabei zu helfen, unsere Software schneller zu nutzen, investieren wir in den Aufbau eines Weltklasse Teams in ganz Europa. Als Launch Coordinator bist du Teil unseres hoch motivierten und erfahrenen europäischen Customer Success Teams (40+ fantastische Kollegen) mit Rollen wie Implementation Specialists und Customer Success Managern. **Deine Aufgaben**
- Du gehst sicher, dass so viele Kunden wie möglich innerhalb kürzester Zeit mit unserer Software live gehen
- Du sorgst dafür, dass Kunden die Ressourcen und Schulungen erhalten, die sie für die Inbetriebnahme benötigen
- Proaktive Ansprache unserer neuen Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail
- Zusammenarbeit mit einem hoch motivierten Customer Success und Vertriebsteam
- Verfolgung der Kundenfortschritte und -aktivitäten in Softwaretools wie Salesforce und ChurnZero
- Du ermöglicht dem Kunden einen kurzen Einblick in unsere Hospitality-Software zu erhalten
- Du bist außerdem für die Planung und Terminierung neuer Webinare für unsere Implementierungsspezialisten zuständig und stellst sicher, dass die Kunden an unseren Sitzungen teilnehmen
- Follow-up nach dem Webinar, um unsere Kunden optimal zu betreuen

**Das bringst du mit**
- 0-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit B2B-Kunden, vorzugsweise in einem lösungsorientierten / technologiebezogenen Umfeld
- Deutsch auf nahezu muttersprachlichem Niveau
- Gutes bis sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift; Französisch ist ein Plus
- Die Fähigkeit, sich in einem wettbewerbsintensiven Umfeld zu behaupten und Aufgaben innerhalb kurzer Fristen zu erledigen
- Ergebnisorientiert, metrisch ausgerichtet und einfallsreich
- Leidenschaft für Menschen und Technologie
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Multitasking
