ABOUT THIS ROLE
This position is initially open through a 24-month contract.
As an Outbound Marketing Coordinator EU, you will...
- Support end-to-end Outbound campaigns, including planning, coordinating, segmenting, targeting, set-up, testing, reporting and optimization
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Outbound marketing test plan, launch tests, analyze and report test results and implement successes
- Ensure all Outbound communication is aligned with brand guidelines in terms of both creative and tone of voice
- Track and analyze Outbound performance and provide recommendations based on customer trends and behavior
- Work with creative and campaign teams to ensure that customer communication goals are met

Basic Qualifications
- Professional Degree (Bachelors’ degree, MBA, M.A., M.S., or another post-graduate degree)
- Relevant first experience in coordinating, targeting, set-up, testing, reporting and optimization of Outbound campaigns
- Business fluency in written and verbal English, additional European languages are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HTML and demonstrated ability to learn technical systems and inhouse tools rapidly
- Strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of success metrics
- Creative thinker and attention to detail
