**Director Contracting & RFP Management (m/w/d)**:
**Als Director Contracting & RFP Management (m/w/d) sind deine Aufgaben u.a.**
- Strategische Planung, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung aller Ausschreibungsprozesse im Bereich Business Transient über das Portfolio der HR Group (cross brand)
- Analyse von Ausschreibungschancen (Business Case Support) sowie Positionierung dieser bei relevanten Kunden/ Partnern und Account Managern
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Abteilungen wie z.B. Vertrieb, Revenue Management, in Teilen operative Bereiche sowie Interaktion mit unseren Franchisegebern
- Erstellung und Präsentation regelmäßiger Berichte über den Status und Erfolg von Ausschreibungen an die Geschäftsleitung

**Dein Profil mit dem du uns begeisterst**
- Du hast eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Ausschreibungsmanagement, idealerweise in einer leitenden Position innerhalb der Hotellerie
- Du bringst starke Führungsqualitäten mit und somit Erfahrung in der Entwicklung/ Leitung von Mitarbeitenden
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen verständlich aufzubereiten
- Du hast verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in der deutschen und englischen Sprache, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Applikationen wie Cvent BT (ehemals Lanyon), ratefinding, etc. welche im Ausschreibungsprozess verwendet werden
- Du bist außerordentlich kommunikativ und entscheidungsfreudig und weißt durch Dein überzeugendes Auftreten sowie sehr gutes Verhandlungsgeschick Dein Gegenüber für Dich einzunehmen
- Du bevorzugst ein dynamisches, schnellwachsendes Umfeld und verfügst über Macherqualitäten

Idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen als Director Contracting & RFP Management (m/w/d).
