- Wir suchen einen erfahrenen People & Culture Business Partner (m/w/d) für unsere deutsche Region, der die Personalarbeit überwacht und sicherstellt, dass sie mit unseren Geschäftszielen im Einklang steht. Unser idealer Kandidat sollte Erfahrung mit HR-Praktiken und Mitarbeitermanagement haben. Du wirst mit dem Führungsteam und den Linienmanager*innen kommunizieren und gleichzeitig Teil des globalen People & Culture Teams sein.

- Beratung und Befähigung des Unternehmens in allen betriebsratsbezogenen Themen und Projekten
- Beratung von Managern zu allen P&C-relevanten Themen wie Arbeitsrecht, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits und Change Management
- Vertrauensvolle, kollegiale und effiziente Zusammenarbeit mit den Betriebsräten
- Koordination und Umsetzung von globalen und lokalen Konzepten und Projekten, die der Mitbestimmung unterliegen
- Verhandlung von Betriebsvereinbarungen
- Initiierung und Umsetzung von strategischen Projekten im Rahmen der People Strategie
- Darüber hinaus setzt Du alle relevanten HR-Tools, -Methoden und -Richtlinien effektiv ein und arbeitest eng mit Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development und Local P&C Services zusammen
- Du wirst an der kontinuierlichen Entwicklung unserer People & Culture Services beteiligt sein, um unsere Employee Experience auf die nächste Stufe zu heben
**Was brauchst du, um die Rolle zu erfüllen**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise der Rechts
- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen, davon 3 Jahre als direkter Verhandlungspartner des Betriebsrats
- Leitung von strategischen und operativen HR-Projekten
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch & fließend in Wort und Schrift Englisch
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits
- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Betriebsräten
