**Your role**:
Join
**Paulina's** Customer Service crew and work from our Berlin office together with your international team Join us to expand Sunday's great brand and product experience through direct customer interaction for German-speaking countries and the Netherlands.
- Develop great customer relations by exceeding expectations as the face of Sunday and ensure the best possible customer service
- Forward enquiries to our logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries
- Be the first point of contact for pre
- and after-sales enquiries and handle operational and administrative tasks
- Propose products to our customers based on their wishes and needs
**Your profile**:
- **Very good English skills, at least C1 level German as well as you have the possibility to come to the office a few times per week**:
- First professional experience in a customer-oriented function, e.g. as a customer service agent, inside sales manager or call centre employee - we are open for career changers, too
- You know how to clearly prioritise your daily to-dos, are flexible and have excellent organisational skills
- Strong hands-on mentality, perseverance and patience in dealing with all enquiries and a quick grasp of the situation
