Management Support Functions Team Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead Management Support Functions & HR Controlling to join our team at RWE Offshore Wind GmbH.

As Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing performance controlling and reporting for Management & Support Functions of RWE Offshore Wind. You will develop the staff planning process and MSF mid/and long-term planning, leading and developing a team of 8 Controlling experts.

You will prepare reports, management presentations, and ad-hoc reports for senior management, design and implement technical HR concepts and reporting standards while ensuring appropriate structures for data protection and data quality.

Additionally, you will serve as the central point of contact for internal Service Level Agreements and cross-border billing processes cross renewables segment and RWE Group, responsible for cost controlling governance, including cost controlling structures and principles in SAP S/4 and CARS.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee performance controlling and reporting for Management & Support Functions of RWE Offshore Wind.
  • Develop the staff planning process and MSF mid/and long-term planning.
  • Lead and develop a team of 8 Controlling experts.
  • Prepare reports, management presentations, and ad-hoc reports for senior management.
  • Design and implement technical HR concepts and reporting standards.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal Service Level Agreements and cross-border billing processes.
  • Responsible for cost controlling governance.

Your Profile:

  • Advanced university degree in Economics, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or similar (M.Sc. or equivalent).
  • Several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Very good analytical skills combined with sound knowledge of controlling methods and financial management concepts.
  • Self-motivated to improve the business, hands-on and fact-orientated attitude.
  • Ability to work under high pressures and prioritize appropriately, demonstrating great attention to detail and diligence.
  • Ability to develop teams through change processes.
  • Leader with a high level of reliability, integrity, and collaboration; high resilience & a good sense of humour.
  • Focus on the development of your employees and support and motivate your team with a focus on customer orientation, initiative, and solution-orientated collaboration.
  • Clear communicator who can listen and coordinate multiple stakeholders, as well as international projects involving multiple departments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of controlling systems (especially SAP) highly desirable.
