**Deine maßgeblichen Aufgaben sind**:

- Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Verbraucher, und Krankenkassen und Handling von Fragen und Beschwerden auf telefonischem und elektronischem Weg
- Selbständige Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Routineanfragen und gegebenenfalls interne Weiterleitung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkaufspersonal zur Unterstützung der Verkaufsprozesse
- Abrechnung von Serviceanfragen und Vertragsmanagement
- Erstellung von Datenanalysen inklusive KPI / Visual Management
- Mitarbeit an definierten Projekten und selbständige Übernahme einzelner Themenbereiche

**Du passt am besten zu uns, wenn Du folgendes mitbringst**:

- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung
- Sichere MS Office-Kenntnisse
- CRM-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Freundlichkeit, Teamfähigkeit, positive Grundeinstellung
- Das Lächeln in der Stimme, mit dem du unsere Kunden überzeugst
