Tasks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers
- Research and provide solutions to technical problems
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills
