**Was Sie mitbringen**
- Begeisterung für die Werte und Ziele der Triodos Bank
- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften / Betriebswirtschaft mit dem Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur/zum Bankkauffrau/-mann mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und langjährige Berufspraxis im Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen einer Bank oder eines Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen
- Gute Kenntnisse von IFRS & HGB (bilanzierungssicher)
- Sicherer, routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office, besonders Access und Excel, wünschenswert Kenntnisse von agreeBAP, BlackLine oder Tagetik
- Eigenverantwortliche und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und Teamplayer mit guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Eigenverantwortliche Abweichungsanalyse der Monatsabschlüsse
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Budgets und der entsprechenden Forecasts
- Erstellung regelmäßiger Kostenauswertungen
- Betreuung, Erstellung und Überwachung des Kostenstellenreportings
