Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic team at iQuant Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the production and delivery of fund regulatory and client reports, ensuring timely dissemination to clients' target recipients.
Your primary focus will be on report filing to regulators, guaranteeing that all reports are consistent, accurate, and meet the underlying requirements. You will also handle client and report recipients' queries, perform data validation and sanity checks, and manage our database.
In addition, you will provide first- and second-level support for iQuant Platform users, assist with client and data onboarding, and track report creation and distribution. You will also communicate issues to the Relationship Management Team and support the creation of documentation and guidelines.
Your ProfileTo succeed in this role, you will need a commercial education and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in financial reporting. You should have a solid understanding of the asset management industry and its data processes, as well as the ability to get familiar with several fund reporting types.
Proficiency in Excel is a must, and knowledge of MySQL is a plus. You should be client-focused, fast learning, and have strong problem-solving skills. A strong interest in the asset management industry is also essential.
Fluency in English is a must, and other languages are a plus. If you have experience in fund accounting, that's a definite advantage.
