- Verfolgen und Analysieren der Customer Journey, der Kundenerfahrung, der Kundenzufriedenheit sowie der Wettbewerbsaktivitäten
- Aufbauen eines umfassenden Verständnisses für unsere Kunden durch Forschung, Datenanalyse, Wettbewerbsbetrachtung und Nutzerfeedback

Your qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Marketing, Marktforschung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Kundeninteraktionspunkten und Kundenerlebnisstrategien
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis von CX-Prinzipien, Methoden und Tools
- Erfahrung mit digitalen Analysetools und Customer Feedback Management-Plattformen von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Bereich Markt
- und Trendanalysen, sowie Wettbewerbsdetailinformationen von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
