**Product Marketing Specialist (w/m/d)**:

Innerhalb der lokalen Produktgruppe Control & Protection Products (CPP) in Ratingen/Deutschland sind Sie für die Umsetzung von Produktmarketingstrategien im Einklang mit der globalen Produktstrategie verantwortlich. Sie werden Teil des Geschäftsentwicklungsteams für Netzkomponenten sein, das weltweit Komponenten und Lösungen für das Mittelspannungsnetz anbietet. Der Schwerpunkt liegt zunächst auf Produkten zur Lösung von Kurzschlussstromproblemen und zur Erhöhung der Systemverfügbarkeit und -sicherheit durch aktiven Lichtbogenschutz für unsere Kunden weltweit, indem Sie unser innovatives Portfolio an Fehlerstrombegrenzern und interner Lichtbogenbegrenzung verkaufen. Sie berichten an den Product Marketing Manager CPP und koordinieren Vertriebsaktivitäten, Veranstaltungen und Marktforschung, um die Geschäftsziele zu erreichen und den Marktanteil zu erhöhen.

**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Verantwortung für die Geschäftsentwicklung in Ihrer eigenen globalen Marktregion
- Beteiligung an technisch fundierten Diskussionen mit unseren Kunden zur Ermittlung der besten Lösung
- Umsetzung der lokalen Go-to-Market-Produktmarketingstrategie und aller Marketingaktivitäten
- Unterstützung der Vertriebsorganisation bei der Förderung des Verkaufs und der Dienstleistungen für die jeweiligen Produkte, Bereitstellung relevanter Materialien für sie
- Festlegung geeigneter Prognosen und Erstellung von Geschäfts-/Marketingplänen mit Schwerpunkt auf der Geschäftsentwicklung für CPP-Produkte
- Auswertung und Weitergabe von Kundenforschung, Marktbedingungen und Studien anderer Unternehmen
- Steigerung der Vertriebseffizienz durch Bereitstellung geeigneter Informationen zu Produktkenntnissen und Schulungen (Technik und Vertrieb) für das Vertriebsteam

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Produktmarketing/ Vertrieb/ Produktmanagement, gerne auch durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit elektrischen Systemen wie Mittel
- und/oder Niederspannungsprodukten oder Schaltanlagen
- Kenntnisse in PowerBI und SAP sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Ein kooperativer, lösungsorientierter Ansatz und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Begeisterung für Technikthemen und -trends
- Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch
- Grundlegende (internationale) Reisebereitschaft
