**Rollenbeschreibung und Einbindung in das Team**

Sie arbeiten in der Abteilung gegen Finanzkriminalität (Anti-Financial Crime - AFC), die die Integrität und die Reputation der Deutsche Bank schützt und durch ihr proaktives Risikomanagement entscheidend zum Erfolg der Deutsche Bank beiträgt.

Die Rolle ist innerhalb der Business Line AFC (BLAFC) Corporate Bank (CB) & Investment Bank (IB) Germany/EMEA angesiedelt, die in erster Linie dafür verantwortlich ist, das CB und IB Business zu unterstützen und die Einhaltung der AML Vorschriften, der damit verbundenen Gesetze, Regeln, Erwartungen der Aufsichtsbehörden und der internen Richtlinien zu gewährleisten. Zu diesem Zweck berät BLAFC CB BizBanking Deutschland sowohl das Business (1st Line of Defense - 1LoD) hinsichtlich der Rahmenbedingungen für neue Geschäftsmodelle und Produkte, strategische organisatorische Veränderungen, operative Projekte zur Effizienzsteigerung oder sensiblen Kundengruppen als auch die AFC-Funktionen der 2LoD hinsichtlich geschäftlicher Perspektiven zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des bestehenden AML Rahmenwerks.

Sie werden die Entwicklung von lokalen und globalen Strategien unterstützen und bei regionsübergreifenden Initiativen mitwirken. Sie arbeiten eng mit Fachexperten (Subject Matter Experts - SMEs) und Senior Managern zusammen.

**Hauptverantwortlichkeiten**
- Sie sind als Fachexperte verantwortlich für die Beratung und die Betreuung des CB BizBanking in Deutschland in Bezug auf AFC-Themen insbesondere Know Your Client (KYC) und Geldwäsche bezogene Themen
- Sie sind Kontakt
- und Eskalationspunkt in AFC Deutschland für den Bereich CB BizBanking und verantwortlich für die Koordination der Risikobewertung der anderen AFC-Funktionen (z.B. Anti-Fraud Bribery & Corruption und Sanctions & Embargoes)
- Sie liefern und überprüfen die relevanten Daten und Informationen für die globale Risikoanalyse in Bezug auf AFC CB BizBanking Germany
- Sie beraten BLAFC/KYC KollegInnen des Bereichs CB BizBanking Deutschland, um eine regelmäßige Kommunikation und abgestimmte Sichtweise auf die verschiedenen Prozesse zu haben (z.B. Neukundenannahme, Regular Review, Event Driven Review)
- Sie unterstützen AFC/Business relevante Projekte und Arbeitsgruppen als BLAFC CB BizBanking SME
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung strukturierter und umfassender Berichte für AFC oder Business Risk Gremien und andere relevante Stakeholder

**Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen**
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen AML/AFC oder Compliance in einem Finanzinstitut
- Erfahrungen in der Beratung des Senior Business und AFC-VertreterInnen zu Themen, die im Zusammenhang mit Finanzkriminalität stehen
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Selbständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenmotivation
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

**Details of the role and how it fits into the team**

You will be joining the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) function which manages Deutsche Bank’s (DB) financial crime risks to protect the integrity and reputation of Deutsche Bank and minimize the use of its operations for financial crime. The role sits within the Business Line AFC (BLAFC) Corporate Bank (CB) & Investment Bank (IB) Germany/EMEA unit which has, as its primary role, responsibility for supporting the CB & IB business and operations comply with AML regulation, related laws, rules, expectations of regulators and internal policies. For this purpose, BLAFC CB BizBanking Germany provides advise both to 1LoD Business on the policy framework regarding new business models and products, strategic organisational transformations, operational efficiency projects or sensitive client groups and to the specialised 2LoD AFC functions on business perspectives to continuously enhance the existing AML framework.

You will facilitate the development of locally compliant and globally consistent strategies and responses to cross-regional initiatives. You will be closely working together with other Subject Matter Experts as well as Senior Managers.

**Your key responsibilities**
- You are responsible to provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) guidance to the CB BizBanking business in Germany with regards to AFC topics, in particular know-your-customer (KYC) and money laundering-related topics
- You act as AFC point of contact and escalation for the CB BizBanking business in Germany and coordinate risk assessment of other AFC functions (e.g., Anti-Fraud Bribery & Corruption and Sanctions & Embargoes)
- You provide AFC SME input on Global Risk Type Assessment for CB B
