**Business Development Advisor (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Real Estate & Employment**

in Vollzeit am Standort Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Düsseldorf oder München.

**Was Sie erwartet**
- Management und Erstellung strategisch relevanter Pitch
- und Präsentationsunterlagen sowie Capabillity Statements einschließlich Strukturierung der Angebotsunterlagen und inhaltliche Führung interner Vorbereitungstermine
- Erfassung und Zusammenstellung von Informationen und Daten für juristische Fachverlage und Rankings
- Koordination der definierten Praxis
- und Sektorgruppen im Hinblick auf die Weiterentwicklung des Geschäfts im Bereich Real Estate (Finance) und Employment
- Unterstützung der Partner / Anwälte in den Praxis
- und Sektorgruppen
- Key Account Management und Client Targeting mit Schwerpunkt auf einige ausgewählte Unternehmen
- Market Research zu Unternehmen und Mandanten z.B. als Vorbereitung eines Mandantentermins
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Business Development-Plans sowie Budgeterstellung für die definierten Praxisgruppen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktmarketing/ "Thought Leadership"-Kampagnen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Marketing/Kommunikation/Events, CRM, Research, Technology & Finance sowie unseren globalen A&O Büros
- Reisetätigkeit an andere Standorte in Deutschland sowie gelegentlich ins Ausland

**Was wir erwarten**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebs
- oder Volkswirtschaft, Rechtswissenschaften oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Zusatzqualifikationen (z.B. M.Sc., MBA, LL.M. oder sonstige Weiterbildungen) sind wünschenswert, aber nicht Bedingung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Business Development-relevanten Themenstellungen, idealerweise in einer TOP-Wirtschaftskanzlei, Unternehmensberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Immobilienunternehmen, Private Equity Firm
- Marktkenntnisse im Immobilienbereich und in aktuellen Arbeitsrechtsthemen sowie ausgeprägtes Interesse an aktuellen Wirtschafts
- und Zukunftsthemen
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Service
- und Lösungsorientierung sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
- Freude an der Arbeit im internationalen Umfeld sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Fließend Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Souveräner Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen, insb. PowerPoint, Excel und Outlook
