**Internal Communications Expert**:
**_Role Summary:_**:
As the Internal Communications Expert at Hyundai Motor Europe, you will drive employee engagement by transforming internal communications into a powerful tool for connection and collaboration. You will develop platforms to build a vibrant internal community, enhancing Hyundai’s positioning as a progressive and caring employer. By shaping and implementing a new communications strategy, you’ll foster meaningful engagement, lead employer branding efforts, and build an ambassador program to extend Hyundai’s reach. This role is pivotal in encouraging employees to champion the brand both internally and externally.

**_ We want you to:_**:

- Report to the Head of Corporate & Brand Communicatons and manage collaborative projects and initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality internal communication.
- Perform diverse tasks that may be moderately complex in nature, typically with limited supervision and responsibility
- Receive guidance for internal communications tasks from superiors
- Manage internal communications team at agency
- Contribute to broader and more complex company projects for one’s area of specialties.
- Works towards solution, by identifying root problems, making concrete proposals, and implementing measures or providing inputs for management decisions making.
- May involve in training and development of junior team member, guided by the manager.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper and content owner for Internal Communications at Hyundai Motor Europe, coordinating and planning communications while serving as the trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective messaging
- Finalize and implement the internal communications strategy, while generating innovative ideas and digital formats to enhance employee engagement
- Develop and implement diverse formats and activities to strengthen internal engagement, increase employee participation, and share more internal and personal stories across the organization

**_About you:_**:

- 5+ years of overall communications experience
- Excellent in business English
- Master’s degree in communications, PR, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in internal communications within an agency or corporate environment
- Skilful in building strong interpersonal relationships and engaging employees across all levels
- Strong knowledge of the latest social media platforms and formats for internal communications.
- Proven experience in storytelling, content creation, and community building
- Ability to manage projects with precision and deliver high-quality work within set timelines
- Strong editorial and writing skills for both online and offline channels
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achievement and problem-solving
- Creative thinker with experience in change management and innovation
- Valid driver's license (Class B, valid in Germany)
