Als Strategy Lead (x/f/m) stehst Du an der Spitze der digitalen Transformation im Gesundheitswesen in Europa. Du wirst Teil des Go-To-Market-Strategie-Teams Deutschland und wirst (1) die Einführung des neuen Flagship-Produkts von Doctolib vorantreiben, (2) mit uns die Vision und Go-To-Market-Strategie von Doctolib definieren und (3) C-Level-Projekte von Anfang bis Ende vorantreiben.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du treibst zusammen mit dem Team die Einführung des neuen Doctolib-Produkts im deutschen Gesundheitsmarkt voran und stellst die rechtzeitige Durchführung aller für die Einführung relevanten Aktivitäten sicher
- Du übernimmst die Teilprojektleitung zur Entwicklung der Go-To-Market-Strategie, des Produkt-Markt-Fit, der Wettbewerbsstrategie, den Produktpartnerschaften, dem Thema Product Compliance sowie der Gestaltung von Service
- und Supportprozessen und Organisationsdesign
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Umsetzung der Strategie in enger Abstimmung mit anderen beteiligten Doctolib-Teams aus den Bereichen Sales, Deployment, Legal, Communication und Produktsupport
- Du entwickelst dabei ein tiefes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse von Ärzt:innen und arbeitest interdisziplinär mit Gesundheitsfachkräften sowie unseren Kollegen aus dem Produktmanagement in Deutschland, Frankreich und Italien zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass wir das erfolgreichste Produkt auf den Markt bringen
- Du arbeitest an eigenen begleitenden C-Level Strategieprojekten (z.B. M&A) mit direktem Einfluss auf die Zukunft von Doctolib

**Um Teil unseres Teams zu werden, bringst du Folgendes mit**:

- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Strategieberatung, in einem VC, PE oder in einer Inhouse Beratung
- Du bist sehr handlungsorientiert und verfügst über ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Projekt
- und Stakeholdermanagement
- Du kommunizierst proaktiv und lösungsorientiert
- Du bist in der Lage, selbstständig zu arbeiten und fühlst Dich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld wohl
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und verhandlungssicheres Englisch

- Hybrid: Du arbeitest 2 bis 3 Tage pro Woche im Büro
