About The Role

As the Strategy Lead in Germany, you will be a foundational leader of our European expansion. We aim to scale our German business towards the end of 2024 and we need someone who can tackle the biggest problems to scale us there. This role is not about making decks or recommendations - it's about jumping into execution, balancing breadth with detailed operational excellence to build a business that will deliver excellent patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute and Innovate: Lead the day to day operations of the German business. Identify opportunities in our process to unlock efficiency and growth to deliver against (and exceed) our lofty growth targets
• Wear many hats: The role title is Strategy Lead, but in reality will span across all functions as the needs of the market demand. One day you’ll be refining the operations of our supply chain, the next you may be deciding on our performance market strategy.
• Lead and Development: Captain and coach our diverse team tasked to deliver higher quality health care to Germany. Your leadership will ensure our services are both effective and compassionate, making a genuine difference in our patients' lives.
• Collaborate Globally: Regularly engage with international teams to share insights and strategies. This global perspective will be crucial as you adapt successful initiatives to the German market and vice versa.

About You:

• 4+ years in consulting, technology, venture capital and / or start-up space (particularly in an strategy or consulting role, and bonus for prior experience working with / for B2C consumer brands)
• Fluent in German and English
• Skilled at navigating complex projects, with a talent for identifying and executing key priorities.
• Entrepreneurial at heart, you’re driven by a desire to make things better and are undaunted by challenging the status quo.
• Exceptional communicator, adept at inspiring teams and forging alliances across cultural and corporate landscapes.
• Analytical and decisive, capable of turning insights into actions that drive tangible results.
