**Deine Mission bei uns**:
Als **Team Lead für Technology Strategy & Digitalization (m/w/d)** formst Du die digitale Zukunft unserer Kunden:

- Du analysierst und entwickelst IT-Strategien, die Fähigkeiten und Systeme nahtlos integrieren.
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Experten aus den Bereichen KI, Engineering und Product/UX treibst du fortschrittliche, automatisierte Lösungen voran, die Organisationen in das digitale Zeitalter katapultieren.
- Dein Fachwissen in Technologietrends setzt du ein, um nachhaltige, innovative und effiziente Strategien zu entwerfen.
- Du bist der kreative Geist, der Lösungskonzepte nicht nur validiert, sondern mit innovativen Ideen begeistert.
- Als strategischer Berater unterstützt du unsere Kunden bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse und Technologien.
- Workshops und Projektmeetings leitest du mit Bravour und setzt dabei deine exzellenten Moderationsfähigkeiten ein.
- Du coachst und trainierst Kundenteams insbesondere auch in anspruchsvollen Multi-Stakeholder-Umgebungen, und begeisterst mit Deinen kreativen Ansätzen
- Projektmanagement unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitäts-, Kosten
- und Terminanforderungen gehört zu Deinen Stärken
- Du liebst es und bist auch geübt darin Dein Wissen weiterzugeben und Mitarbeiter in Ihrer Entwicklung in deinem Bereich als absolute/r Experte/in proaktiv zu unterstützen.

**Damit überzeugst Du uns**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, IT, Sozialwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Technologieberatung, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung.
- Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in der Analyse und Optimierung von Fach
- und IT-Landschaften sowie digitalen Geschäftsprozessen (Inkl. Capability Maps, EAM, etc.)
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Kompetenz, komplexe Inhalte leicht verständlich zu vermitteln.
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern.
- Sympathisches Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und ein hohes Maß an Lösungskompetenz.
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Geschäftsreisen (Reisebereitschaft max. 50 %)
- Ausgeprägte Empathie, Teamfähigkeit, ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine gesunde Prise Humor runden Dein Profil ab
