Ninetailed is an early-stage startup experiencing a remarkable growth trajectory since our inception in 2021 and successful Seed funding in 2022. As demand for our innovative solutions increases, we are looking to enhance our team with the addition of a Business Development Representative (BDR). This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial-minded individual excited to impact a growing company and eager to contribute to our expansion efforts. Working under the guidance of our VP of Marketing and alongside our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you will help accelerate our market penetration and sales initiatives. This position not only offers significant professional growth opportunities but also the potential to advance.

Tasks

As a Business Development Representative, you will act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams, seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads from marketing campaigns, making first contact, and effectively managing the handover process to our Sales team. This role is crucial for driving our customer base and revenue growth.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Demand Generation team on marketing campaigns, identifying prospects and outreaching to them on the most effective channel.
- Present our company and products to potential clients and identify their needs.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives.
- Report to the VP of Marketing on weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals results.
- Stay updated with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
- Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
- Make sure all necessary data about the prospect is correctly recorded in the CRM.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with full cycle sales processes, from cold outbound to nurturing.
- Track record of achieving weekly targets.
- Previous experience with CRM and ABM software (e.g., Hubspot, Apollo, 6Sense).
- Familiarity with creating and analyzing spreadsheets and charts.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in a SaaS or technology-related company is ideal, not essential
- Familiarity with the MACH/Composable software space is a plus.
