Technical Support Agent

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate with installation partners (Electricians) and our customers to locate and resolve any technical issues during and after installation.
- Analysing repeated faults and flaws for review and adapting processes to avoid these in future.
- Maintaining our standards by remotely overseeing installs to ensure safety and high-quality finish.
**Qualifications**
- **At least 1+ years' of relevant work experience in a similar Technical Support role**:
- **Fluent in German (spoken and written) and Advanced English.**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
**Package**
- Starting salary ranging between **€43,000 - €52,000**:
- Additional 5% to 10% annual bonus
- PLUS 50 Euros gross monthly work from home allowance added to wages
- Plus food allowance / vouchers
- 30 days annual leave + national holidays
- MacBook, iPhone and 750-euro-budget for home office equipment
- Flexible work from home / office set up
- ALL commute costs reimbursed
- Annual personal training fund of 750 euros.
- This role is hybrid, working 50/50 from home and the office in Berlin.
