Help customers resolve technical problems associated with a product or service by providing responses and solutions to issues experienced by users to ensure customers are satisfied using the company's products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Actively listen to customers to understand their issues or concerns via ticketing system
- Communicate clearly and effectively with end users to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide technical support, monitor and manage issues related to products and services
- Follow-up on customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved
**Requirements**:
- Well-developed communication and analytical skills
- Ability to quickly understand complex or technical concepts
- Willingness to learn through on-the-job training
- Identify problems, form solutions, and execute step-by-step troubleshooting procedures
- Serenity in challenging situations
- Fluent in English written and spoken (every other language is a plus)
- Knowledge of esports industry is a strong plus
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a technical service or support role
- High customer and service orientation
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Zoho Desk, Zendesk Suite
- Two monitors (laptop + monitor, or PC + 2 screens)
- You are able to work in shifts, particularly night ones. Ideally, you would be located in a South American time zone
