We are looking for a **Program Operator Assistant** to join our fast-growing team, working to decarbonize buildings and construction, currently responsible for around 40% of global carbon emissions.

You will join a supportive, effective, and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly and international work environment, and have a great deal of autonomy in your role.

One Click LCA’s innovative carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform that is used in over 140 countries and is growing rapidly. We target construction (where we are the global leader) and manufacturing verticals, responsible for nearly half of global carbon emissions.

**What you will do**:

- Prepare projects to assign to verifiers during verification.
- Create cards for new verification and publishing projects.
- Follow up with customers for any missing information required during the verification process.
- Responsible for maintenance of the EPD library.
- Take charge of maintenance of verified EPDs.
- Publish verified EPDs in the library.

**What you need**:

- Knowledge of Sustainability and/or Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).
- Experience or knowledge of construction materials.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Programs.
- Good level of English (oral and written) as it is our working language.
- Experience with tools for data integration and presentation (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is seen as an advantage.
