**Our client is an internationally renowned Norwegian manufacturer of prams and baby furniture, known for innovative design in the children's furniture sector, and products sold in over 50 countries. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic team player to work as a Customer Service Representative (M/F/d), providing high-quality customer service for end-users in Eastern Europe, Dubai and APAC. **Description and responsibilities**:
This is a challenging role that will require you to provide premium service to both customers as well as retailers and build relationships to make a lasting positive impression.
The scope of the role is frontline support for both retailers and consumers, ranging from “Order desk” functions to product-related support and administrative tasks in the contractual area.
- Maintaining customer data in ERP System (M3) and in the CRM system (SF) to assure 100% accuracy
- Receiving, processing, and tracking orders from customers by phone/E-mail/Chat and Social Media
- Ensuring orders are registered in the Demandware, Altapay, and M3 system for shipment and invoicing
- Issuing invoices and credit notes
- Handling transport and product claims, returns, and exchanges from customers
- Participating in various other administrative duties of the team
- Finding solutions with other functions in the company to meet customers' unique requirements
- Being flexible to participate in serving other markets both serving retailers and end consumers in an international and multilingual team
- Handling import and customs documents between Emerging Markets and EU
- Coordinating the logistics

**Your profile**:

- Business fluent communication skills (written/oral) in English and Spanish
- Extensive Excel skills
- Ideally, you already have a strong background within a sales-oriented organization in a customer-focused environment
- Strong PC user experience
- Strong service mentality, ready to implement the visions, philosophies, and strategies of the company
- Team player, able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of Emerging and Importers Market specifics
- Logistics knowledge
- Eligible to work in Germany
