What we are looking for:
To support us on our mission, we are looking for a talented and highly ambitious Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction. You will handle a variety of inquiries, concerns, and requests, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient assistance via various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products or services, including their features, benefits, and usage guidelines, to effectively address customer questions and provide accurate information. Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the designated CRM system, ensuring thorough and detailed records for future reference. Proactively gather customer feedback and insights, identify trends, and communicate suggestions for improvement to the appropriate teams within the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal First work experience in a customer contact-centred area Fluency in English and German is mandatory
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other customer service tools. Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and technology platforms. Flexibility and adaptability to evolving customer needs, changing priorities, and a fast-paced work environment.
