**What part will you play?**
- Integrated communication strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy that aligns with business objectives, improves brand reputation, and drives engagement among our people.
- Storytelling: Lead efforts to share our business achievements, innovations, and culture through compelling narratives. Empower employees to be enthusiastic ambassadors for our brand.
- Editor in chief: Drive content planning, creation, and distribution across internal channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, social media, town halls) and integrate external communication opportunities as appropriate. Ensure all messaging is cohesive, engaging, and impactful.
- Editorial oversight: Manage the editorial calendar and uphold content quality standards, ensuring all communications reflect our tone, style, and strategic focus.
- Campaign execution: Coordinate the planning and delivery of company-wide campaigns, strategic initiatives, and internal events, while effectively handling budgets and resources.
- Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure communications are aligned with organizational priorities. Provide strategic advice on key projects and campaigns to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Change communication: Lead communications during mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes. Deliver clear, consistent messaging to guide teams through transitions, encouraging alignment and engagement.
- Impact measurement: Continuously evaluate the efficiency of communication efforts through data and feedback, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Agency collaboration: Work closely with external agencies and partners to ensure high-quality execution of communication initiatives, from briefing to final delivery.

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- Education: A master’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: Many years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism, or a similar field, with significant experience in internal communications, and content strategy. Prior experience in a fast-paced, global, or tech-focused environment is a plus.
- Strategic leadership: Proven track record of leading communication strategies that drive business outcomes and improve organizational reputation.
- Storytelling expertise: Outstanding ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. You should be a skilled writer and editor, with a deep understanding of how to tailor content for different channels and audiences.
- Creativity & innovation: A strategic, forward-thinking mentality with the ability to innovate and adapt communications to meet changing needs. You thrive with exploring new formats and tools, such as AI-driven content personalization, interactive platforms, or immersive media, to keep internal communications fresh, engaging, and impactful.
- Stakeholder management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization. Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape communication strategies.
- Proactive leadership: You are a dedicated, detail-oriented professional with a proven ability to handle complex projects with precision and deliver impactful results. Your excellent project management skills ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Global perspective: Ability to engage with diverse cultural perspectives, and an understanding of how to communicate effectively in a multinational, multicultural environment.
- Language skills: Business proficient written and spoken English and German are crucial for this position.
