Specialist Marketing & Communication (f/m/d)
Munich Airport International (MAI), part of Munich Airport Group, advises clients in the aviation industry and manages terminals and airports worldwide. Aufgaben, die begeistern
Marketing Plan Development: You will develop, implement, and continuously enhance and evaluate MAI's annual Marketing Plan and its budget. Website and Social Media Management: You will take the lead in designing, setting up, and continually monitoring and enhancing MAI's website and social media profile pages. Content Creation: You will prepare and release articles, thought leadership whitepapers, and other publications such as presentations, factsheets, brochures, and newsletters. Marketing Campaigns: You will set up and implement product- and project-based marketing campaigns. Internal Collaboration: You will act as the central contact person and interface to internal partners within the Flughafen München GmbH organization (e.g., corporate communication, brand management, marketing, events, public relations).

Educational Background: You have a completed university degree with a focus on economics, marketing, communications, or comparable skills and knowledge. Professional Experience: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in an international corporate environment. Marketing and Project Management Expertise: You have in-depth experience in the traditional marketing mix, online marketing, and project management. Social Media Proficiency: You have experience working with relevant social media channels such as LinkedIn, Xing, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. Agency Management: You have experience in managing and collaborating with communication agencies. Communication and Collaboration Skills: You possess a high level of communication and conflict management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with varied stakeholders and across hierarchical levels. Creativity and Proactivity: You demonstrate a high level of creativity, proactivity, and commitment. Language Skills: You have excellent written and spoken English and German language skills.
