Principal Sales Specialist, Awsi Connect

Fluent in German and English
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales or business development in the Customer Experience, Customer Services, and/or Contact Center domain
- Track record achieving sales targets and delivering sustainable growth
- Demonstrable experience engaging and influencing line of business decision makers
- Deep knowledge of technology decision making processes in enterprise customers
- Ability to own and manage executive relationships at multiple levels, from Chief Officer to Subject Matter Expert.

Key job responsibilities
- Build deep relationships with customers to fully understand their business, solutions, and technical needs.
- Drive adoption in a defined territory in collaboration with multiple account teams and partners.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets by helping customers select and migrate their contact center workloads to Amazon Connect
- Work with a cross-functional team to originate and close opportunities that grow Amazon Connect usage.
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan supporting multiple account teams to drive achievement of revenue and win goals.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions that address specific needs of your customers.
- Build, manage, and close a pipeline of Amazon Connect revenue in your territory.
- Drive business development initiatives in your territory in partnership with Go To Market Strategy team and Partner Development resources to help expand market penetration for Amazon Connect.
- Prepare and give business reviews to AWS senior management teams.
- Report business and pipeline performance using available tools on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Participate in and/or inform Germany, EMEA, and WW Business Planning activities
