**Was erwartet dich?**
- Du entwickelst ganzheitliche **E-Commerce Wachstums
- und Optimierungsstrategien**, berätst unsere Kunden:innen und entwickelst Roadmaps zur Umsetzung dieser Strategien
- Du setzt die Wachstums
- und Optimierungsprojekte in Zusammenarbeit mit den Spezialist:innen-Teams und Projektmanagern:innen erfolgreich und termingerecht um
- Du identifizierst Onsite-Optimierungspotentiale hinsichtlich **Conversion Rate, UX/UI, User Flow, E-Commerce-Best-Practice, SEO und Performance** und leitest die richtigen Maßnahmen ab
- Du stützt und verifizierst deine Maßnahmen durch **A/B-Testing und Analyse Tools** wie GA4, Heatmaps und andere
- Du bist in der Lage, Analysedaten (z.B. aus GA4) zu interpretieren, die richtigen **Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten** und zu begründen
- Du bist während des gesamten Optimierungsprozesses im engen Austausch mit unseren Kund:innen, berätst sie, planst mit ihnen Budgets und Timelines und schaffst messbare Erfolge
- Durch die Qualität deiner Arbeit und den direkten Einfluss auf den Erfolg unserer Kund:innen **förderst du langfristige und nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen**

**Was solltest du mitbringen?**
- Insgesamt **min. 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im E-Commerce** (z.B. als E-Commerce Manager:in/Optimierungsexpert:in) in einem Unternehmen mit Jahresumsatz von mehreren Millionen € (optimalerweise aus dem D2C- oder B2C-Bereich im DACH-Raum)
- Du hast Erfahrung in der **Konzeption von holistischen E-Commerce Wachstums
- und Optimierungsprojekten**:

- Du kennst E-Commerce Best Practices, bist in der Lage, die **Conversion Rate** unserer Kund:innen zu optimieren und **stützt deine Maßnahmen datenbasiert **durch Google Analytics 4 und A/B-Testing
- Du bist **vertraut mit dem Bereich UX/UI-Design** und kannst mit unseren Spezialist:innen die User Experience unserer Kundenshops optimieren
- Du bringst strategisches und im besten Fall operatives Wissen darüber mit, wie man Onlineshop-Umsätze durch **Performance Marketing-Strategien** und -Maßnahmen in den verschiedene Kampagnen (SEA mit Performance-Max und Such-Kampagnen und im SMM) steigert
- Idealerweise bringst du **strategische und operative Kenntnisse** und Fähigkeiten **im Bereich SEO** mit
- Du hast Verständnis von gängigen E-Commerce-Plattformen, optimalerweise Shopify und bist bereit, direkt ins Geschehen einzutauchen
- **Kommunikationsfähigkeit**: Du kommunizierst klar und empathisch und kannst so effektiv mit Kund:innen und Interessent:innen interagieren
