Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team at Ex Machina GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid search engine advertising (SEA) campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and providing strategic recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive conversions and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored marketing strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign results
  • Work closely with our design team to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages
  • Manage and optimize client projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in paid search engine advertising (SEA) marketing
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce and Shopify platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently
  • Ambitious and results-driven individual with a passion for performance marketing
  • Ability to learn new tools and strategies quickly, with support from our team
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Merchant Center
  • Strong communication and project management skills
