- Du betreust eigenständig Ad Specials (Angebotserstellung, Koordination mit Kunden, Herstellung, Druckerei, Agenturen und Kunden).
- Du übernimmst die Koordination der internen und externen Schnittstellen.
- Du erstellst Vermarktungsunterlagen und Angebote für First Class Classifieds & New Business.
- Du erarbeitest Themenpläne / Themendatenbank für Classifieds Vermarktung.
- Du koordinierst Druckunterlagen mit Kunden, Redaktion und Herstellung und übernimmst die Abstimmung.
- Du entwickelst und baust ein Selbstbuchungstool für Classifieds auf.
- Du stimmst dich im redaktionellen Umfeld mit der Redaktion ab.
- Du erstellst Potenzial
- und Zielkundenlisten für die Telesales-Verkäufer.
- WAS DU MITBRINGST- Du besitzt fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Business Support.
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit sowie starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Verbindung mit einem sicheren Auftreten mit.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Englisch sowie MS-Office und bringst im idealen Fall Google Workspace Kenntnisse mit.
