Wir suchen dich ab sofort, unbefristet und in Vollzeit als (Senior) Project/ Process Manager Business Support Systems (m/w/d) für die MOIA Operations Germany GmbH mit zentraler Lage an der Binnenalster Hamburg Ballindamm.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen den involvierten Fachabteilungen
  • Du übernimmst die Organisation, Durchführung und Leitung von verschiedenen Projekten
  • Du verantwortest die Steuerung unserer Support Systeme (Orgavision& Zendesk) im operativen Bereich
  • Du entwickelst das Berechtigungs- und Rollenkonzept für die jeweiligen Systeme
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Betriebs- oder Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Du hast Erfahrungen im Bereich Prozessmanagement und deren Modellierung nach BPMN 2.0
  • Dich zeichnen deine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, deine hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeit und eine sehr gute Selbstorganisation aus
  • Du bist ein zertifizierter Projektmanager (Prince 2, PMI, IPMA,…)
  • Du agierst sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
