**Legal Specialist (m/w/d)**:
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Rechtsbetreuung der Snipes SE sowie der Tochtergesellschaften
- Begleitung strategischer Entscheidungen, innovativer Projekte, Planungsprozesse, Vertragsabschlüsse
- Interne Bearbeitung rechtlicher Fragestellungen und Beratung der Fachabteilungen
- Begleitung des operativen Tagesgeschäftes der Rechtsabteilung
- Bearbeitung von zivil
- und wirtschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Überprüfung und Erstellung von Verträgen aller Fachbereiche
- Unterstützung und Begleitung von Besprechungs-, Schulungs
- und Gerichtsterminen
**Unsere Anforderungen**:
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes erstes juristisches Staatsexamen ODER Bachelor of Laws ODER Master of Laws
- Interesse an wirtschaftlichen und Zusammenhängen und Entwicklungen in der Modebranche
- Freude an juristisch anspruchsvoller Arbeit - auch außerhalb des Curriculums der juristischen Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
- Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Begeisterung, als Jurist/in in einem international agierenden Fashion-Retailunternehmen tätig zu sein
