Job Description:

  • M&A due diligence project management and compliance support related to investments and growth initiatives
  • Training, workshop and awareness raising activities, including preparation of materials
  • Assessment of compliance risks including inhouse evaluation of highrisk business partners
  • Tailoring and/or implementation of compliance initiatives in accordance to needs and best practice, with or without the use of digitalization/digital tools
  • Support related to the handling of investigations and audits with regards to business partners and third parties
  • Adhoc support in delivering practical guidance on concrete compliance matters
  • Practical guidance and support in the design, improvement and/or implementation of the compliance program and preventive measures such as risk assessments, training and awareness raising initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant university degree in economics or law
  • Some experience in corporate compliance is welcomed
  • Experience in legal or energy trading/energy markets is an advantage
  • Drive and curiosity to learn about the energy markets and products
  • Good cooperation and communication skills to deal with a variety of different stakeholders
  • Fluent in German and English, Polish language skills are an advantage
