**What we’re looking for**:
The Team Lead Supplier Integration, is responsible for managing of an Integration Department, made of up to 5 integration specialists, that focuses on the integration of the Autodoc Supply Chain IT systems and Suppliers’ ERP.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of Supplier Integration projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeline, including resource allocation and scheduling.
- Manage and develop a team of up to 5 integration specialists.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and report the status of the backlog of the projects and ensure delivery of the planned project according with the aligned objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
- Develop, execute, and maintain the methodology, processes and guidelines related to the Supplier Integration department activities.
- Coordinate and manage resources, both internal and external, to ensure efficient integration project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service Delivery Teams, business units, vendors, and partners, to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.
- Monitor technical health of the implemented integrations and execute improvement actions, both internal and external, in case of need.
- Identify opportunities in both technological and methodological dimensions for continuous improvement and development of the Supplier Integration service.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 4-5 years of commercial project management experience.
- Master’s Degree in Business Information Systems, Engineering, or Economics, or solid proven work experience in the related fields.
- Experience in managing projects involving the integration of complex enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools and software like Jira, MS Project, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 will be a plus.
- Management of small to medium size teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- English: Upper-Intermediate.
