TRON ist ein außeruniversitäres, biopharmazeutisches Forschungsinstitut in der Rechtsform einer

gemeinnützigen GmbH. Ziel des Instituts ist die Entwicklung hochinnovativer Technologien für den

medizinischen Bedarf auf den Gebieten der immunologischen Diagnostika und Therapeutika. TRON wurde im

Jahr 2010 in Mainz gegründet und arbeitet in Kooperation mit Universitäten und Kliniken sowie mit regional,

national und international tätigen Forschungseinrichtungen und Unternehmen der Pharmazeutischen Industrie

eng zusammen.

Als Teil unseres Teams haben Sie die Möglichkeit, mit talentierten und engagierten Kollegen

zusammenzuarbeiten, Ihre berufliche Erfahrung zu entwickeln und zu erweitern und auf dem neuesten Stand

der Translationswissenschaft zu arbeiten, um das Leben von Patienten zu verbessern.

Der Zentraleinkauf des TRON kümmert sich um die Beschaffung sämtlicher Materialien und Gerätschaften,

welche für die Forschungstätigkeiten in den Laboren benötigt werden und versteht sich als Support-Einheit für

die Wissenschaft mit dem Ziel, eine bestmögliche Versorgung sicherzustellen und kontinuierlich zu optimieren.

Die Bandbreite der Tätigkeiten reicht hierbei von der Anschaffung basaler Verbrauchsartikel und

Labormaterialien bis zur Ausschreibung komplexer Laborgeräte in enger Kooperation mit den Kolleginnen und

Kollegen aus den wissenschaftlichen Bereichen. Darüber hinaus ist unser Zentraleinkauf derzeit intensiv in

Digitalisierungsprozesse, wie beispielsweise der Einführung eines ERP-, Dokumenten
- sowie

Lagermanagementsystems, involviert. Neben dem generellen Beschaffungswesen liegt ebenfalls der

Wareneingang im Verantwortungsbereich des zentralen Einkaufs.

**AUFGABEN & VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN**

Verantwortung für die termingebundene, bedarfsgerechte Materialbeschaffung aus dem Bereich

Forschung & Entwicklung

Einholen von Angeboten mit anschließender Ausarbeitung von Angebotsvergleichen

Erfassen und Auslösen von Bestellungen sowie Überwachung von Lieferterminen

Kontinuierliche Abstimmung zum Bestellbedarf mit den internen Fachabteilungen

Fortlaufende Pflege der Lieferanten und Artikelstammdaten

Prüfung von Angeboten, Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferscheinen und Rechnungen

Warenannahme inkl. Prüfung und Erfassung sowie interne Warenzuordnung

Eigenständige Reklamationsbearbeitung

Proaktive Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Prozesse im zentralen Einkauf sowie der

Beschaffungsstrategien

Tatkräftige Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer digitaler Systeme (ERP, Dokumentenmanagement,

Lagerwirtschaft)

**QUALIFIKATION & ERFAHRUNG **

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann/Industriekauffrau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/

Qualifikation

Alternativ ist auch ein Quereinstieg aus anderen Ausbildungszweigen mit vorzugsweise

naturwissenschaftlichem, biotechnologischem oder pharmazeutischem Hintergrund möglich, sofern

entsprechende Erfahrungen und/oder Schnittstellen zu einkaufbezogenen Prozessen vorliegen

Verhandlungsgeschick

Kenntnisse im Vergaberecht sind von Vorteil

Versierter Umgang mit Sage oder anderen ERP-Systemen sowie dem MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere Excel

und Word

Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind im multikulturellen Forschungsumfeld des TRON

unumgänglich und runden Ihr Profil ab. Ebenso sind sehr gut ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

essentiell zur Bewältigung der Aufgabe. Wenn Sie zudem ein Selbststarter sind, der gerne in einem
