**About the Role**:
The Growth team looks at how to acquire, engage and retain users for Uber Eats. We are the growth engine for Uber Eats in Germany, a market where millions of customers are underserved with limited options for food and grocery delivery The team plays a critical role in our successful market entry, city expansion, and ultimate user retention.

We are excited to be looking someone who can demonstrate advanced analytics, creative campaign creation, project management, and team development while working with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders, such as Marketing, Territory Managers, Finance, or our Product Teams in San Francisco, New York, and Amsterdam.

**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Growth Strategy**: You will own the growth strategy for delivery in Germany, from user acquisition, ongoing engagement, churn prevention and long-term retention.
- ** Manage your own P&L**: Own the 8-figure budget, and ensure the highest ROI through advanced analytics, measuring the performance of your team’s initiatives. Build dashboards and perform financial forecasts.
- ** Develop a talented team**: Build rockstars who are trained, motivated, and empowered by you to deliver toward our ambitious goals.
- ** Own Membership Programme “Uber One”**:Be the main stakeholder to grow active members and improve retention of our Flagship Programme “Uber One”.
- ** Stakeholder Management**:You will coordinate a variety of initiatives and projects across Business Development, Brand, Performance Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders.
- ** Project & Process Management**: Whether it’s a one-off project or an ongoing process, you’re chasing operational efficiencies and build foundations that scale with our rapid business growth

**What You’ll Need**:

- Bachelor or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within a similar position in a fast moving environment (Scale-ups, Start-ups, Consulting, Marketing Agencies)
- A minimum of 2 years of being a people manager
- Strong analytical skills; advanced in SQL and Excel
- Self-Starter, you explore and investigate proactively new ways of achieving our ambitious goals
- Experience in creating engaging campaigns together with the internal marketing team and/or external agencies
- Never lose your customer obsession, despite a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Fluent in German and English
