**About the Role**

Uber Eats is on a mission to become the leading food delivery platform in Germany which is a massive market where millions of customers and partners are underserved with only one major player, and it represents a multi-billion dollar greenfield opportunity for us to capture. We will get there through a relentless focus on building the best restaurant selection, superior user experience and efficient eater acquisition

The Head of Uber Eats Everywhere (UEE) will play an important role in this journey, managing a 50-people team responsible to build the best product and user experience possible in each geography and neighbourhood we operate in, across our 60+ UEE markets. This role is ultimately responsible for managing the P&L, building local category position leadership and owning our launch and expansion efforts.

- Collaboratively develop a geographic expansion plan to achieve our goal of 90%+ population coverage.
- Build a growth plan for existing +60 markets to reach triple digit growth YoY.
- Partner with key stakeholders in Germany and EMEA (Ops, Marketing, Marketplace, Strategy & Planning, Product, Legal, Comms) to work on and share best practises and strategy and define country priorities.
- Innovate - creatively challenge the ways we enter the markets, try out new approaches towards sales, territory management and demand generation.

- P&L Management - Achieving growth objectives within budget through constant P&L optimisation
- Partner engagement - Driving growth, operational excellence and financial sustainability with our local partners, with a team of Territory Account Managers
- Eater Experience - Maintaining superior local user experience with Territory Ops Managers
- Local Success - Supporting go-to-market campaigns for product rollouts, marketing campaigns, compliance initiatives, etc

**What You'll Need**:

- 9+ proven years of experiences in a high-growth environment that requires constant problem solving with dynamic prioritization and pivoting
- Experience managing large teams of at least 20+ team members. Ability to rally and motivate a team behind a common goal, even in rapidly changing situations and disruptive environments.
- Proven track record in scaling a business from the ground up
- High business acumen, with ability to link our business performance metrics and P&L with our team's actions on the ground. This role is responsible for tight P&L management, which requires a strong understanding of our unit economics and the key drivers of our revenues and costs.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills (empathy and courage is necessary in the ultra paced environment)
- Exceptional ability to analyze complex challenges, think critically, and develop innovative solutions whilst driving positive outcomes for UEE
- Readiness to take calculated risk
- A deep attention to detail and dedication to accuracy and precision
- Strong stakeholder management - seasoned in navigating through agendas and finding consensus, experienced in working alongside multiple functions
- Business fluent in both English and German
- Commercial background is a plus
