Gaudy Foods is a virtual food brand creator and operator. Milano Vice is our first virtual food brand focused on pizza delivery in Germany, with the opportunity to expand across categories and countries. What we’re looking for
Milano Vice is looking for an Intern or Working Student to collaborate closely with the Culinary Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the creation of the following innovative food products for our brand.
This is an exciting opportunity to establish and develop Milano Vice’s new product development identity right from the beginning.
Your contribution will drive Milano Vice towards its next growth phase.
Tasks
- You will collaborate closely with our Culinary Development Manager on the innovation of new food products, which involves ideation, production, feedback and revision.
- Your responsibilities will include identifying and sourcing ingredient samples that align with new product development.
- You will contribute to the Research & Development project processes by creating mockups, prototypes and report layouts.
- Collaboration with other departments to continually enhance our products will be a key aspect of your role.
- You will coordinate new product launches with the Culinary team and relevant departments, ensuring that project timelines are met.
**Requirements**:
- Currently advanced in bachelor’s/master’s program preferably related to Management - Food technology - Food processing or comparable
- Passionate about food and food Tech companies
- Great communicator and collaborative person
- Very detail-oriented, excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
