Wir suchen ab Juli 2021 eine/n BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS Mitarbeiter/in, der/die die Geschäftsausweitung von VEDRA mit begleitet. Du wirst uns dabei
unterstützen, die Wachstumsstrategie von VEDRA umzusetzen und das Geschäft
proaktiv auszurollen.

Aufgaben

 · Als Business Development Intern unterstützt du uns strategisch bei der
Weiterentwicklung und beim Ausbau unseres Geschäfts im B2C-Bereich und
arbeitest eng mit unserem Brandmanagement zusammen. 

· Du verfolgst eine umfassende Marketing-Strategie und damit das Ziel, den
Bekanntheitsgrad der Marke VEDRA weiter zu steigern. 

· Auch den Ausbau unseres B2B-Geschäfts treibst du auf nationaler Ebene aktiv voran. 

· Du unterstützt mehrere Wachstums- und Leistungsverbesserungsprojekte von VEDRA mit
direktem Umsatz- oder Kosteneinfluss, inklusive neuer Produkt-Launches. 

· Du schaust dir neueste Trends an und hast die Konkurrenz immer im Blick, du weißt
ganz genau, wie sich unsere Kunden verhalten und kannst konkrete Zielgruppen
definieren. 

· (Weiter-)Entwicklung der Unternehmensstrategie in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründungsteam, Ableitung von operativen Taktiken.

Qualifikation

 · Du studierst aktuell oder hast studiert in den Bereichen WiWi, BWL, Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Ähnlichem. 

· Du identifizierst dich stark mit unserer Mission und möchtest dein Teil zu einer offenen Kommunikation über Sexual Wellbeing beitragen. 

· Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrungen im E-Commerce Bereich mit Shopify. 

· Ausgeprägte analytische und handelsmathematische Fähigkeiten. 

· Eine ergebnisorientierte Mentalität mit starkem Durchsetzungswillen und die Fähigkeit, selbständig zu arbeiten.
