Business Development Intern

As a **Business Development Intern** you will help us with daily management tasks, develop and scale our business model and explore new ways of thinking. You will assist with analysing operational and financial data and providing strategic insights that will help drive the growth of Pandata. Together with our management, you pave our way to a successful future.

**Tasks**
- Support our management with business-relevant tasks and topics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and resource optimisation
- Monitor and report on KPIs to identify trends and areas of improvement
- Get involved in strategic planning processes and deliver data-driven decisions to management
- Provide support with the update and analysis of the business case
- Help develop and maintain cost reporting, cash flow management and forecasts
- Assist with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports

**Your profile**
- Fluent in written and spoken English (working language is English)
- Currently pursuing or seeking a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Alternatively, possess a strong interest in finance and business analysis
- Flexible, open-mindedness and honesty
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Independent work attitude, proactive work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Goal-oriented and structured way of working
- Proficiency with spreadsheet software, or eagerness to learn
