Über Doctorflix

Als innovatives HealthTech-Start-up, bauen wir eine digitale interaktive Lernplattform für Ärztinnen und Ärzte auf, um den länderübergreifenden Austausch von Wissen grundlegend zu verändern. Zudem demokratisieren wir den Fortbildungsmarkt, indem wir Themenlücken, die durch rein gesponserte Inhalte entstehen, mit unabhängigen Vorträgen schließen.

Wir sind ein gut finanziertes early-stage Startup und suchen nun nach unserem neuen Business Development Intern, der uns bei unserer Mission unterstützt.

Die Rolle

Als Operations Intern wirst du ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Teams sein, das dafür sorgt, dass unser Unternehmen reibungslos funktioniert und unsere Ziele erreicht werden. Du übernimmst vom ersten Tag an Verantwortung wirst einen wesentlichen Einfluss auf den Unternehmenserfolg und medizinischen Wissensaustausch haben. Du bist kritisch und willst dich in einem leistungsstarken Umfeld beweisen und suchst einen langfristigen Einstieg in einem jungen, schnell wachsenden Unternehmen

Aufgaben
- Ausarbeitung, Implementierung und Überwachung von operativen Prozessen um den Wissensaustausch zwischen Ärzten so einfach wie möglich zu machen
- Unterstützung im Business Development im Bereich Pharma, Krankenhäuser und Ärzte
- Planung und Durchführung von (digitalen) Vorträgen und Meetings
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse interner Strukturen und Erstellung von Berichten und Auswertungen
- Unterstützung des Gründerteams in der strategischen Ausrichtung von Doctorflix

Qualifikation
- Student: in im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbares
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Operations oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise im medizinischen Sektor
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office
- Gute Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse und sprichst fließend Deutsch
