**Jobübersicht**:
Die Rolle des Key Leaders ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des Leadership-Teams im Store, der täglich Auswirkungen auf die Teammitglieder im Verkaufsbereich und die Gast-Experience (d. h. die Kunden) hat. Key Leaders sind dafür verantwortlich, mit gutem Beispiel voranzugehen und die Educators zu unterstützen, eine herausragende Gast-Experience im Store zu ermöglichen und alle Abläufe auf der Verkaufsfläche zu beaufsichtigen. Key Leaders nutzen wichtige Key Performance Indicators und Metriken, um Verantwortungen zu priorisieren und sich gleichzeitig an die Anpassungen und Herausforderungen des Tagesgeschäfts anzupassen.
Hauptaufgaben des Jobs
Leadership und Personalmanagement
- Die kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und Entwicklung von allen Teammitgliedern, indem du direktes Feedback, Coaching, Mentoring und Beratung in Bezug auf den Karriereweg anbietest und Leistungsbedenken ansprichst.
- Teammitgliedern Anerkennung zukommen zu lassen, Defizite einzuschätzen und die Gesamtleistung zu dokumentieren, um die berufliche und persönliche Entwicklung zu unterstützen und zu fördern.
- Entwicklung, Pflege und Verbreitung von Produkt
- und allgemeinem Unternehmenswissen über geeignete Kommunikationskanäle.

Gast (d. h. Kunden) Experience
- Leadership im Verkaufsbereich für die Teammitglieder, einschließlich der Planung der Verkaufsflächenabdeckung und der Entscheidungsfindung zur Aufrechterhaltung der Effizienz und Effektivität der Verkaufsflächenabläufe.
- Unterstützung von Teammitgliedern (z. B. durch Vorbild oder Coaching), um eine großartige Gast-Experience, die die Zeit der Gäste schätzt, zu gewährleisten, einschließlich der Einschätzung von Gästebedürfnissen, der Bereitstellung von technischen Produktschulungen und der Unterstützung von Transaktionen im Store und Omnichannel-Programmen (z. B. Online-Kauf mit Abholung im Store, Telefonverkauf und Versandoptionen).
- Interaktion mit und Bewertung der einzigartigen Bedürfnisse der Gäste, um maßgeschneiderte, effektive Kauf
- und Rücksendungslösungen und Support bereitzustellen.
- Bereitstellung von technischer Produktschulung, indem der Wert und der Nutzen des Produkts artikuliert werden.
- Gast-Feedback aufgreifen und sich um die Anliegen der Gäste kümmern, um den Gästen entgegenzukommen.
- Sich dynamisch auf der Verkaufsfläche bewegen, um die Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens, des Teams und der Gäste einzuschätzen und zu erfüllen.

Arbeitsabläufe
- Überprüfung von Geschäftsdaten und -kennzahlen, um die Fortschritte bei der Erreichung der Ziele zu bewerten und festzustellen, ob Anpassungen erforderlich sind.
- Eröffnung und Schließung des Stores gemäß den Checklisten für die Eröffnung und Schließung.
- Management von Produktpräsentationsaufgaben (z. B. Artikel wieder an ihren Platz stellen, auffüllen oder nicht vorhandene Artikel aus dem Lagerbestand in den Verkaufsraum bringen, Artikel auslagern oder verlagern) gemäß den Unternehmensstandards.
- Educators Reinigungsaufgaben während der Schicht zuweisen, um die luxuriöse Umgebung des Stores zu erhalten.
- Sicherstellen, dass das Team die Store-Technik nutzt, um den Store-Betrieb zu unterstützen und positive Gast-Experiences zu bieten.
- Verstehen und Einhalten von Richtlinien und Verfahren zur Mitarbeitersicherheit, um eine sichere Arbeitsumgebung zu gewährleisten.
