Key Account Manager (w/m/d) - Public Sector and Mid-market

Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic development of customer relationships
- Conduct thorough analysis of unique client needs within their respective markets
- Innovate and implement new service offerings tailored for Key Accounts
- Enhance penetration and networking within established Key Accounts
- Assist in proposal submissions and bidding processes
- Facilitate the transition of sales opportunities to the Sales Team
- Lead and deliver impactful customer presentations
- Negotiate contracts effectively
- Oversee and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective Key Accounts
Your Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in strategic customer engagement and market sales of IT services and solutions
- Passion for contemporary technologies
- Exceptional goal-oriented communication skills
- Proficient negotiation abilities in German, with strong English proficiency
- Customer-centric mindset, adept negotiation skills, and a confident, persuasive demeanor
