Key Account Manager (w/m/d) - Public Sector and Mid-market

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic development of customer relationships
  • Conduct thorough analysis of unique client needs within their respective markets
  • Innovate and implement new service offerings tailored for Key Accounts
  • Enhance penetration and networking within established Key Accounts
  • Assist in proposal submissions and bidding processes
  • Facilitate the transition of sales opportunities to the Sales Team
  • Lead and deliver impactful customer presentations
  • Negotiate contracts effectively
  • Oversee and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective Key Accounts

Your Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in strategic customer engagement and market sales of IT services and solutions
  • Passion for contemporary technologies
  • Exceptional goal-oriented communication skills
  • Proficient negotiation abilities in German, with strong English proficiency
  • Customer-centric mindset, adept negotiation skills, and a confident, persuasive demeanor
