About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our team at Omnicom Media Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our digital marketing efforts and ensuring the successful execution of our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in leading marketing teams and developing effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
